FRIENDS OF THE LIBRARY BASEMENT BOOK SALE

Dates: Aug 6, Oct 1, Dec 3, 2022

Start/End times: 8:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m.

Volunteers needed: 15

Details: Cashier and carry out. Please provide name. Your family (ages 8+) welcome to help.

INTERNET/COMPUTER CLASSES

Dates: On-going, Mondays-Saturdays

Start/End times: 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. 

Volunteers needed: Multiple

Details: Teach various adult computer and tech classes, as needed.

FRIENDS OF THE LIBRARY

Details: Hey, friend! Come help us carry, sort, and place donated books and materials.

PALS HOMEBOUND DELIVERY SERVICE

Date: One day a month

Start/end times: as available on the 2nd Thursday, 4 hours/month

Number of volunteers needed: 2-3

What volunteers are needed to do: Pick up pre-bagged books at downtown library, deliver to residence

TEEN ADVISORY GROUP

Dates: On-going, First Thursday of the month

Start/End times: 5-7 pm 

Volunteers needed: 8-12

Details: Grades 6-12 only. Fun and active teen-programming steering committee is also intro to library and gateway to broader library volunteer opportunities. Participation counts toward volunteer hours.
