People Attaining Library Services

P.A.L.S.

PALS is the outreach program for homebound patrons of the Tom Green County Library system. Library materials are delivered to county residents who are unable to come to the library due to an extended illness, physical handicap or limited mobility. Patrons do not have to be a senior citizen to participate.
